All professional headshots will be taken in Andrea's basement studio in Chattahoochee River Club in Cumming, GA. You'll get specific directions once you book your session. If you need to figure out how far of a drive it will be, please use the approximate location on the Google Map above.
Frequently Asked Questions...
You will have your choice of a white, gray, or black backdrop. The image will only include your head, shoulders, and chest. You will receive an uncropped image so that you can crop for various needs such as Linked in (square,) your company intranet, or a speaker bio.
When you arrive (on time!!) just come on in (parking and further instructions will be included in your confirmation email.) We'll get right to your headshots because time is limited! Andrea is super laid back and she'll make you feel comfortable. No need to stress or feel self-conscious. Photoshoots are fun and this is meant to be fun. If you feel nervous or awkward, that makes you normal. No one loves having their photo taken and everyone is insecure. So be at ease and enjoy yourself! I promise this will be quick and painless.
No, please arrive camera ready. I do recommend professional hair and makeup.
Each block of time (30 min) is for 1 outfit/1 background. If you'd like an additional outfit/look please book 2 back to back sessions.
You can wear whatever you want to wear, because this is your headshot. But generally speaking, it's good to keep it simple and timeless (no wild patterns or writing on your clothes unless that is part of your brand.) Dark clothes look great against the black backdrop. An interesting neckline is always a great choice. Loose clothing, while beautiful in real life, can make you look heavier than you are, so beware. Fitted silhouettes are always the best choice.
Professional Headshots cost $125 for the 30-minute window of shooting and digital delivery of final selection. Basic retouching is included. Additional images can be purchased for $40/each and will be billed separately. Additional retouching can be requested for $25/image.
You will receive 1 fully edited professional headshot. Andrea will spend about 20 minutes taking your photos. We will use the last ten minutes to choose your headshot. The final image will be retouched and delivered to you via digital delivery by end of the day. Additional images can be purchased for $40/image.
The last 10 minutes of your session will be used to view your headshots on the computer and narrow them down to your favorite images. Your final choices will be edited and delivered via digital gallery to your email address by end of day.
Your professional headshot is yours! You have full rights to your image(s) to use as you wish.
If you need more than one professional headshot (a formal and casual look for instance) please book two consecutive appointments (1 hour/$250 total) and we will shoot 2 outfits/2 backgrounds.
This simple process is really for those who "just need a headshot damnit!" For those of you who need a more customized experience (multiple outfits, specific location, lifestyle, etc.) I offer a lifestyle headshot session. I also offer a full personal branding package. Rescheduling a session is quick and easy. Just click the reschedule button in your schedule confirmation within 24 hours of your appointment and choose a new time at your convenience. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or for no-shows.
