If your employees are located within driving distance of Cumming, GA another option I offer is for them to schedule their headshot, at their convenience, in my basement studio. They can schedule their headshot online, at no cost to them, and I can invoice your company. This is a flexible option for teams that travel frequently or are hard to get together.

On-site at a local recruiting event
Every company is unique. Please send me the date and time you desire to take your company headshots, the number of employees who will get their headshot taken, and the desired number of final images delivered/employee. Please include any special requests such as a desired background or location.
On average, I can accommodate 1 person every 5 minutes. This will allow me to take approximately 6-9 headshots, show the employee their images, and allow them to make their final selection. Of course, I can customize this based on your preferences but I find this to be very efficient.
All images are cropped and edited for balanced color and proper exposure. I use a light action to smooth skin and whiten teeth. More complex editing will require an additional fee based on what you need.
You will receive your images via Dropbox within 2-3 days of your headshot event. If you need them in another form, please let me know.
I have this down to a science!! I use my online scheduling software to allow your employees to sign up for a time slot. I offer these times in 5 minute intervals and they can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the headshot event. Your employees will receive 48 hr, 2 hr, and 15 min reminders via text. These reminders will also include the location. This keeps the event running smoothly and efficiently with little additional work on your part.
